- Monday: 6:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: 6:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 6:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 6:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.
- Friday: 6:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
- Sunday: CLOSED
The FRC is free to all Heartland employees and to students enrolled in credit courses.
Community Access
Public access: Membership to the FRC gym is available, starting Aug. 16, by signing up here.
