Registration – Due April 4
Register now! Our golf outing has been incredibly successful due to the support of so many valued sponsors. Your registration by April 4 reserves a slot in the tournament. Registrations received after April 4 will be accepted and slotted until space is filled.
If you choose a sponsorship that includes a complimentary foursome, please submit the names of four golfers with your registration. If you are unable to provide the names at this time, we ask that you determine by May 1 the exact number of golfers who will be participating on your team, so that we can accommodate as many people as possible, and appropriately match Caterpillar employees to teams. All names must be provided by May 15.
If you prefer to golf with a Caterpillar employee, or are unable to fill all four slots, you may elect to complete your team with an "active" or "retiree" Caterpillar employee. Please identify that employee as "Cat" on your registration form. If you choose this option, please note that an "active" Caterpillar employee is still required to pay a separate $100 fee, regardless of their facility location, and the "retiree" Caterpillar employee is required to pay a separate $75 fee.
To request a specific Caterpillar employee, please contact Melanie Windsheimer at 815-842-6023 or Melanie.Windsheimer@cat.com.
Payment Options – Due April 18
Payment may be made online or by mail. Please mail your completed forms, along with a check payable to the HCC Foundation, to 1500 W. Raab Road, Normal, IL 61761.
