Student Requests for Enrollment & Degree Verifications, Good Student Discount or Deferment Certifications

Good student discounts and deferments are verified in the Records Office Community Commons Building (CCB) 1600 on the Normal Campus.  Students may request verifications via mail, email or fax.

Submit the Enrollment verification form (PDF) to the Records Office using your Heartland email
