Developing New Essential Competency Assessment Rubrics

In the Spring of 2019, faculty had the option of completing the EC Assessment Rubric as part of their end-of-year review.  The Assessment Committee received over 85 submissions, which were reviewed and coded over the Summer of 2019.

Using this coded data, the Assessment Committee is now developing a rubric to gather data on the Assessment of the three Essential Competencies covered in the Spring 2019 survery: Communication (CO), Problem Solving/Critical Thinking (PS/CT) and Diversity (DI).

We will be presenting these new rubrics to the college community in Spring 2020.
