Note Taker, Transcriber, or Interpreter Request

Students interested in a note taker, transcriber or interpreter for the upcoming semester will be provided one as soon as one can be obtained. Please follow up with the SAAS office if you have requested one and have not been assigned someone after the first week of class. Please complete the following steps to request a note taker, transcriber, or interpreter:

  1. Log in to Accommodate 
  2. Click surveys on the left hand side of the page
  3. Locate the (current semester) Note taker, transcriber, or interpreter request form
  4. Click Respond withing the current semester request form section
  5. Complete the form and be sure to include the courses you believe you will need a note taker for
    1. Note: Some courses may not require a note taker due to the nature of the course
  6. Click Submit
  7. You will receive an email notification when you have been assigned a note taker, transcriber, or interpreter
